From our three retail outlets we supply only the finest locally sourced red meats, poultry and game. Our organic abattoir is an integral component of our business, it enables us to ensure that all of the products we offer are of the highest standard and that we can be absolutely certain of their provenance.
We offer a comprehensive slaughter and packing service across a range of species, we cater especially for those with small holdings offering free advice at all stages of the process – from the delivery of your stock, the precise cuts you require, to details of packaging and labeling whether this meat is for your own consumption or distribution through Farmer’s Markets.
