We have generations of experience in the butchery trade. Our abattoir, in Eastington Gloucestershire, processes beef, lamb, pork and goat. This means that we can support you if you have live stock for slaughter and that we are absolutely certain of the provenance and quality of the meat in our shops. Our Gloucestershire based abattoir has existed for over a century and our butcher shops have been operating for decades. We take pride in supplying only the finest locally sourced red meats, poultry and game. Our Eastington abattoir allows us to be absolutely certain of the provenance of all of the meat we supply. We also offer comprehensive abattoir, dry ageing, butchery and meat packing services to west country livestock producers.
